We offer a variety of class times Monday through Thursday, 5A, 6A, 9:30A and 5P. Saturday at 9A. Class lasts roughly 50-60 minutes.

Our coaches take tremendous pride in leading a class that is safe, fun and effective for everyone, no matter your current level of fitness. So come as you are, but be prepared to leave each day a better version of yourself.
