Our Functional Fitness class combines functional movements with high-intensity interval training. Each session incorporates strength training with endurance-building movements.

 

WHAT TO EXPECT?

MODIFY YOUR WORKOUT TO WHERE YOU ARE AT IN YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY

Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics to scale to your experience and fitness level.

We offer a variety of class times Monday through Thursday, 5A, 6A, 9:30A, 5P and 6P. Saturday choose from 7A, 8A and 9A. Class lasts roughly 60 minutes.

COACH-LED CLASSES

A coach will guide you through a warm up followed by instruction and demonstration of movements for the workout to ensure proper form and technique. With the help of our knowledgeable and caring coaches, we will make sure you feel confident and successful.

ALL WORKOUTS ARE BASED ON THE CORE MOVEMENTS OF LIFE

These movements reflect aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, rowing and more. They are designed to improve strength, endurance and overall fitness.

In 30 minutes you will power through movements to increase your heart rate, build your endurance and burn fat.

BARBELL CLUB

Anchor barbell club is a specialty program that focuses on improving Olympic lifts. These lifts include the clean and jerk, Snatch, power bench, squat and deadlift.
