WHAT ARE OLYMPIC LIFTS?
Olympic lifts are based on the movements performed by Olympic weightlifting participants. These lifts include the clean & jerk, the snatch, power bench, squat and deadlift. In Barbell Club we also focus on associated accessory movements.
