In just 30 minutes you will power through movements to increase your heart rate; build your endurance, burn fat and so much more. This high-energy session will fire up your entire body and get you sweating while having fun in our community-driven atmosphere.

IDEAL FOR ANY SKILL LEVEL

No matter your skill level, our Shred class will fire up your entire body to maximize calorie burn in minimal time.

We offer a variety of class times Monday through Thursday, 4:30A, 9A, and 4:30P. Class lasts 30 minutes.

ADDITIONAL CLASSES

Our professional trainers take you through a 50-60 minute training session that consists of cardio and strength training exercises targeting varied muscle groups throughout the week.

Our functional fitness class combines functional movements with high-intensity interval training.
